Meditative Vinyasa

Beginners - all levels welcome

Cultivating awareness through breathe as one moves through various series of slower creative fluid sequences of asanas (poses). Slower doesn’t mean easy but expect some energising elements aimed at building strength, flexibility, focus and mindfulness.

Vinyasa Flow

Intermediate/advanced level

Invigorating classes where movement seamlessly blends with breathe to create a harmonious and dynamic practice. The class focus is set on various series of yoga asanas blended together into flow sequences.

Power Yoga

Intermediate/advanced level

Energetic vinyasa flow which is fast paced and intense, designed for cardiovascular endurance and improve strength, the poses are challenging and classes are never similar.

Yin Yoga

Open to all levels

Yin yoga classes usually consist of a series of long held, passive floor poses that mainly work with the lower part of the body, the poses are held for a few mins to target deep tissues of the body.

Restorative Yoga

Open to all levels

A gentle yoga practice to calm the nervous system, poses are held for several minutes to target the deep connective tissues and practice soothing breath work to move individuals into a space of deep rest.

Hatha Yoga

Beginner level

Hatha yoga is science of the sun (ha) and the moon (tha) energy, its a physical practice of asana and inclusion of subtle pranayama and relation in order to control the flow of vital force (prana). For those who have not done yoga before.

Chair Yoga

Open to all levels

Chair yoga is for anyone who has trouble with mobility, wanting to heal from any injury, fatigue and sitting at a desk for prolonged periods. Chair yoga helps with strength building and balance.

Yoga Therapy

Individuals & Small Groups

A mind-body discipline which focuses on physical, emotional and mental health. The practice uses movement, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises/techniques to promote self care.Designed for those who have burn outs and need to heal and recharge. Specifically designed sessions for individuals and smaller groups.
