My yoga journey began at a very young age, the practice of Bhakti yoga, Hatha yoga and meditation were a daily occurrance whilst growing up. Yoga was and is a way of life. Originally from Kenya the move to UK and USA paved the path to take up teacher trainings and and study/practice with various teachers/schools of thought, Ruth White (Iyengar), Shiva Rea (Prana Flow Vinyasa), Cindy Lee (Tibetan Buddhist Om Yoga), David Life, Sharon Gannon (Jivamukti) , Saul David Raye ( Bhakti yoga) , Leslie Kaminoff (Yoga anatomy/therapy), Thomas Myers (Kinesiology) amongst many other gurus.
After completing many hundreds of hours of study and practice, my style of teaching is a combination of what I have learnt on the yoga journey and its constantly evolving.
There’s a class for everyone, no level or experience required. Led by amazing instructors, our classes offer community, energy, motivation, experience and great results.
